Privacy Policy

gwpflights is an independent tool that shows which Frontier GoWild destinations are bookable from your home airport. This page explains exactly what we collect and what we do not. It is short because the service genuinely does very little with your data.

The short version

• We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups.
• We never see your card details. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's systems.
• We never sell your personal information. The only data shared for advertising is the ad-click information the Google Ads tag collects, described below.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you create an account. This is how you sign in and how we contact you about your subscription.
• Subscription status — whether your plan is active, canceled, or past due, along with identifiers Stripe gives us for your customer and subscription records, the plan you are on, and when the current period ends.
• Your saved alerts — the airport pairs you have asked to be notified about, so we can email you when a route becomes available.
• Anything you send us through the contact form: your name, email, and message. This is emailed to us and is not stored in our database.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses and are used to keep the service running and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card numbers — Stripe handles checkout and we never receive them. We do not build advertising profiles of our own, and we use cookies only to keep you signed in and to measure our Google ads.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. They are strictly necessary for the site to work, and clearing them signs you out. The Google Ads tag also sets cookies so Google can tell us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a sign-up. You can block or clear these in your browser settings without affecting the site, and manage Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers, each for one job. Except for Google, as noted below, they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and our database.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
• Resend — sending email, such as alert notifications and replies to contact messages.
• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Google — the Google Ads tag, which measures whether our ads lead to sign-ups. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long as afterwards as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Alerts are deleted when you delete them or when your account is deleted. Contact messages live in our email.

Your choices

You can delete your saved alerts at any time from within the app, and you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact us and we will take care of it.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Where this service is offered

gwpflights is offered to residents of the United States. It is not directed at users in the European Union or United Kingdom, and data is processed in the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
