Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and gwpflights(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Please read the section on data accuracy — it is the most important one.

What the service is

gwpflights shows which destinations appear to be bookable with a Frontier GoWild! pass from a chosen home airport. We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Frontier Airlines. We do not sell flights, we cannot book anything for you, and we have no ability to hold, change, or honour a fare.

Accuracy — please read this

Availability information is gathered from Frontier's public booking pages and refreshed on a rotating schedule. It is a best-effort snapshot, not a live feed, and it can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Seats can sell out in the time between our reading and yours.

Always confirm on Frontier's own site before making any plans or purchases. We are not responsible for flights that turn out to be unavailable, fares that differ from what we showed, or any travel cost or loss arising from relying on what you saw here.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. The service is offered to residents of the United States.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are $11.99 per month or $49 per year, charged through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the annual plan — and your payment method is charged the same amount each time, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal, reachable from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If we ever change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect and you will have the chance to cancel first.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. Refunds are handled by hand, so use the contact form rather than expecting an automated button. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the availability data the service provides;
• share your account so that others can use a single subscription;
• attempt to bypass the paywall or access parts of the service you have not paid for;
• interfere with the service's operation or place unreasonable load on it.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, without a refund where the breach is serious.

Availability of the service

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because the data depends on a third party we do not control, the service may degrade or stop working at short notice. If we discontinue it entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the effective date above and, where it materially affects your subscription, tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
